03. AI Platform Usage & Accuracy
AjiraIn provides AI-generated insights, including "Match Scores" and "Resume Reports." While our models are trained for high accuracy, you acknowledge that:

04. Intellectual Property
The AjiraIn platform, including its code, design, AI algorithms, and the "AjiraIn" name and logo, are the exclusive property of AjiraIn.
You retain all rights to the personal documents (resumes, CVs) you upload. By uploading them, you grant AjiraIn a worldwide license to process this data solely to provide the services requested.
05. Limitation of Liability
AjiraIn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Decisions made by employers or hiring managers.
- Service interruptions or data loss due to technical failures.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
